You might have seen us mention our customer design team on social media, but do you know what it is and where the idea came from?
The Woodgrain Watches Customer Design Team was spurred by our Co-Founder Taylor, and his desire to involve real, passionate watch lovers, just like you, in the design process of our watches.
We are a Wood Watch brand that strives to #BeDifferent. And what better way to #BeDifferent than to actually involve you (as a Customer Design Team Member) in the process of designing our watches?
Plus, while Taylor knows what kind of watches he likes and what kinds our staff product developer likes, he also knows that that doesn’t automatically mean that you or any one else in our Woodgrain Watch following would like them.
So, this led to a bigger idea: “Let’s involve Woodgrain Watches’ followers in all of our designs and the entire design process”
And so the idea for a Customer Design Team was formed. Our watches are for passionate watch lovers… Designed by passionate watch lovers.
How It Works
As a member of our Customer Design Team, you can help shape our brand and our watch collections/designs.
You’ll have the opportunity to answer surveys and give us feedback on new designs, woods, bands, and colors. Your feedback will help us decide which styles get released, as well as which colors, types of wood, and more. You’ll get to help us create, but with none of the risk, stress, or worry that comes along with running the show. (That’s our job.)
